Become a Friend of OCS
The mission of the Oʻahu Choral Society, in part, is "to create music at the highest artistic level." This level of choral music, which you've come to expect and enjoy from OCS, requires orchestral support. We engage Hawaiʻi Symphony musicians, and other professional musicians and vocal soloists to partner with us in presenting classic masterpieces such as Orff's Carmina Burana, Handel's The King Shall Rejoice and Zadok the Priest, Mozart's Requiem and Solemn Vespers, and Bernstein's Chichester Psalms. These outstanding musicians/vocalists and the venues that house our concerts come with an expense, and they can only happen through the monetary support of our donor friends!
